All software, source code, user interface designs, dashboards, documentation, marketing content, and other materials that make up Zroton (collectively, the "Materials") are the property of ZROTON AUTOMATIONS Pvt Ltd or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in our Terms of Service, no part of the Materials may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Zroton dashboard for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, copy, or create derivative works from the Materials.

"Zroton" and its associated logos are trademarks of ZROTON AUTOMATIONS Pvt Ltd. "WhatsApp," "Meta," and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. and are used solely to describe our integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform; such use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Meta.

Customer/contact data, campaign templates, and other content you upload to the Service remain your property. Uploading such content does not transfer any ownership rights to ZROTON AUTOMATIONS Pvt Ltd; we process it only as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please notify us at admin@zroton.com with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (b) the location of the allegedly infringing material within the Service; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.
